 All returns for refund or exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. You can only return products after getting a return authorization number which can only be obtained by e-mailing us at returns@electronicscity.com and please provide the following information:

1. Name, Address and Invoice number
2.  Brand, Model Number, and serial number. (if it has one)
3. Reason for Return or Exchange

All unauthorized returns will be refused, Please write the return authorization number clearly on the box and pack products returned well. UPS will not pay for damage products (even if insured) if packed inadequately.

All returned products must be shipped prepaid and insured.

All merchandise returned for credit or exchange must be in its original box with original packing material, original accessories, instruction manuals and warranty cards.

All claims must be reported to us immediately via e-mail.
